Hospice Care
The best place for your pet to spend their final days is at home with the family they know and love. If your pet has been diagnosed with a terminal condition, your veterinarian will assess whether palliative care is the right choice for your cat or dog and then prescribe the proper treatments to maintain your pet’s nutrition, body temperature, mobility, and hydration, and to make them as comfortable as possible. Then our highly-trained technicians will come to your home to administer them to save both you and your pet from the discomfort and inconvenience of traveling to the clinic. They will also monitor and record your pet’s condition, and when the time comes, consult with you on how you’d like to proceed.
Pet Euthanasia
If your veterinarian determines that palliative care for your pet isn’t recommended, or if they reach the point during hospice care that they’ve stopped eating or are in constant pain, then it’s time to consider in home pet euthanasia. The procedure consists of the vet giving your pet an overdose of anesthetic which puts them to sleep and allows them to pass painlessly and peacefully. You are welcome to stay with your pet to comfort them during the procedure. Afterward, if you prefer, we will handle all the arrangements for burial or cremation and return your pet’s ashes to you if you choose an individual cremation. We’ll be there with you from beginning to end.

Cost depends on your pet’s weight and cost for private cremation.
