How much does a curbside visit cost?
At Curbside, we want to make our service affordable for all to take advantage of. All curbside visits start at $240 which covers curbside service and one pet exam. All additional pets are $100 each. Depending on your location there may be a $3.75 per mile charge from our home base in Monroe, CT.
Do you offer discounts for multiple pets?
This is a wonderful service for multi-pet households, and as such, we have developed a tier approach with respect to our fee schedule so that you receive maximal discounts on multi-pet visits. On any curbside visit appointment, if we are evaluating more than one pet, we will apply a discount on all examinations and annual services. Some restriction apply, so please contact us for more information.

Can we bring our pets to you instead of a curbside visit appointment?
While our goal is to make it more convenient for you by coming to your home or place of business, Curbside is also happy to offer standard appointments in our mobile unit at our home base in Easton, CT. All examinations and procedures are performed in our unit. If a standard appointment is scheduled, there is no curbside visit fee assessed.
How long does it take for my pet to recover from anesthesia?
At Curbside, we utilize the very best and safest anesthetics that allow us to perform our procedures in an efficient manner, without compromise to your pet’s safety. Our anesthetic protocols are designed to provide a quick and smooth recovery so that your pets are essentially back to normal prior to us leaving your home. They are carefully monitored throughout the entire procedure in order to maximize a quick recovery. Rest assured, whatever your pet’s anesthetic needs are, Curbside is always ready and capable to care for them.
What do we need to do to prepare for an appointment?
In order to best utilize your appointment time, we ask that your pets are readily and quickly accessible when we arrive. That means cats should be isolated to a small room or carrier, dogs are not left to roam the yard, and farm animals and horses are barned or stalled. This will ensure maximum time spent caring for your pets and answering your questions. While some exceptions do exist, examinations that are unable to be performed due to a lack of proper confinement on the part of the pet owner are still assessed a minimum fee.
Do you come into the house?
No. We are strictly curbside, we will come as close to your front door or garage door as possible.
Can I be present during the examination?
We strongly encourage owners to be present during their pet’s appointment. This aids in decreasing their anxiety level, and offers a great opportunity for pet owners to ask questions and tour our unit. We would be delighted to have you present throughout their entire appointment. During anesthetic procedures, however, it is more appropriate that your pets are left in our care so that we may work efficiently and safely.
Why do you require a deposit?
It is very costly to run our mobile clinic, we, therefore, require a $200 non-refundable deposit when booking. All deposits are non-refundable, however, you may cancel with 24 hours notice.
